Weigh in

So I weighed in yesterday and my weight was 145! I'm excited to see some pounds shedding. My goal is still to get to 125-130....

I think the major change I've made is reducing
the amount of food I put on my plate. I also have been doing some emotional releasing because I think that was a huge contributor to my weight gain as well (aka Carter's birth experience).

I also need to start exercising because I just feel "bleehhh" and I want to feel like I have more energy, plus when I exercise, I sleep better.

I am SOOO proud of Tommy though! He's been running a couple mornings a week now for quite a while. He's definitely passed me up in that arena. He even ran in the Salem race and got in 10th!

Also a huge shout out to AMBER! Tommy told me are running all the time now! That is awesome! Can you give me some of that motivation??

  1. Well, I'm not really running all the time because Tucson is a beast in the summer. So I've been walking everyday and doing weight training. I plan on jump starting the running thing near the end of September when the weather isn't deathly. If you want some competitive motivation read how many hours Megan rides her bike per week. I mean, DANG that's perseverance...
