Weight +/- : -0.6 lbs. (something is better than nothing considering my condition the previous week)
Hours exercised: 3 hours
Sunday August 1, 2010
Weight +/_: - 2.0 lbs.!!! (I've reached my 10% loss of original body weight!!!)
Hours exercised:5.5 hours
This week was better than before and I am feeling like I can exercise more and more regularly. In one month I will be totally back on track with the exercise...for sure...I hope... :)
