Week Two

I apologize for the very very late post for this week. I've been on vacation...a rather impromptu vacation and while on vacation I ate something that had me pucking in the middle of the night and then feeling under the weather for a couple days. Then I've spend the rest of the time running all over Southern California with my gal pals (having a blast by the way). And all of this without a cell phone or the internet! Wow. So without further adieu the results for what would have been June 6th, 2010 for the Total Tooshie Throwdown.

June 6th. 2010:
Weight: 177.4
Weight Lost: 0 lbs. (don't expect that the be the same for next week Amber+D-Land+Icky Choices= Weight Gain. I'm expecting a gain of 5 lbs. at least!)
Exercise Hours: 5.5 hours

Positive Quote for the Week: "Sometimes life knocks us down. But no matter...we can choose to get back up."
I will try to be positive about all my decisions for eating and exercise whether they are good or bad because I will apply the quote above to my life and get back up.

P.S. See Karate Kid as soon as humanly possible---DO IT!!!
