Week 2: Not to despair

Week 2 begins with a fact... weight gain (or "fluctuation" as I like to call it):
Weight: 199 lbs (BW + 1)
Hours exercised: 5 hrs

Tip of the week: Right after one poor food decision, do not despair and make another (or multiple) poor choices. Move along and do better next time. Guilt will never be the way to success.
