This week:
Wt: 198 lbs (back to baseline = good news)
Exercise: 14 hrs -- that's right. You heard it here first. This includes biking a total of 19 miles and hiking > 7 miles yesterday. AND moving a couple's entire apartment to a storage facility (they have cerebral palsy and their building caught on fire -- Husband and I helped them out last week).
The trophies are almost done and should be sent on Tuesday.
