Turns out that pretending that I am not trying to lose weight while moving was a BAD idea.
Wow. I better get serious... I will admit I made very poor choices for my road trip, and I HAD TO take my dad for a delicious Buffalo Burger (with fries and a lemonade) at the Sawtooth Grill. So, back to ABOVE the drawing board.
Weight last week: 201 lbs
Weight this week: 204 lbs
(BW + 5 currently-- yuck)
Hours exercised last week: 7 (includes 11.5 mile bike ride)
Hours exercised this week: 2.5 (formal...unless you count moving boxes/couches/building fences/sightseeing)... so maybe 6?
Thanks for the tip about hungry girl... I just read her spot on the mini desserts at Applebees. I am SHOCKED! Eating out = devilish.
My tip for the week: When I taking the dogs on a walk to throw the ball (or your baby in the stroller or just a walk) run a little with them, too. A few bursts of more intense exercise really feels good.
Also, just in case you are wondering... Spokane has a COOL race in early May called Bloomsday. It is about 7.5 miles and it is HUGE. Check out the website, train, and come to visit me (??).
